What is a regulatory plan?

The regulatory plan is part of the planning documentation. The regulatory plan is only processed for a certain part of the municipality, as a rule, very detailed. The basic unit of the regulatory plan is land. The content of the regulatory plan is to establish detailed conditions for the use of land, the location and the spatial arrangement of buildings for the protection of sustainable values ​​and the creation of a favorable environment. It replaces the territorial decision and is binding for decision-making in the territory. Drawings are processed at a scale of 1: 1000 or 1: 500.
