What is the modification of completed buildings

Editing completed buildings is the name for their reconstruction. In the current building law, the concept of reconstruction or reconstruction work is not embedded, but it does not mean that this law does not apply to it. The Construction Act works with the concept of finishing the construction or the construction work. When editing the completed building, the ground and height limits of this building are preserved.  In case you decide to modify a completed building, you need to find out which building work is required for a building permit or a notification and which does not.  A building permit is necessary where the appearance of the building changes, and the construction walls are affected.   If the builder fails to comply with the law and does not communicate with the building office, he is liable to a fine of up to CZK 200,000 for reconstruction without notice and up to CZK 500,000 for reconstruction without a building permit.
